Hello, you slash fans still around.
After 6 months during which I completely abandoned my baby, I’m finally back with a new site layout, a few new additions and a big announcement – related to the layout.
First things first.
I’m proud to announce that from now on, Snarrish is and will be running on WordPress; after a few days of debating and mainly overcoming my fears, as I wasn’t sure I’d be able to manage such a big site as Snarrish on Wp, I eventually decided for the switch. 
The main reason was that I was sick of FanUpdate, who was giving me problems yet again and, since the website is made for the 90% by static pages – meaning pages who doesn’t require a CMS like FanUpdate and similar – I felt WordPress would make everything quicker…quicker than the switch itself was! xD
I spent about three and a half hours on it, due to the huge amount of pages this site has, but it would have taken even more if I hadn’t made and set the WP Theme up yesterday; and here we come to the layout.
The layout is then a WordPress Theme and it took me about of yesterday – I started early in the afternoon and finished it after dinner – because I kept throwing all the versions in the bin; the one you see here is actually the third or four version (I truly lost count) I made and I’m damned proud of it – maybe too proud as I’m stopping every five minutes because I’m drooling on the header.

Aside that, we’ve finally come to the juicy part….no, sorry, no new images added; I just added 2 new designs, both featuring Ron Weasley (not very Snarry, I know, but I was out of ideas) and 4 new icons 100×100, respectively featuring Ron Weasley again, Dolores Umbridge (don’t kill me, please! x)), Hermione Granger and Sirius Black.
I’ve actually lots of Harry Potter slash images, but I don’t know if I can upload them, for two reasons.
- Many of them are fan arts, and some of them are so old I forgot where I got them down from and thus it’s impossible for me to ask the authors if I can upload them;
- Most of them are very, very, very explicit and so I don’t know if my host will allow me to upload them…more so because they’re so explicit that I don’t know where to load them to show her what I’m talking about.
Well, I’ll think of something the soonest I can.
As for now, since I’m tired of writing and I’ve spent the whole afternoon on here, I’m gonna go read some Snarry fics on Fanfiction.Net, my favorite archive.
